By accessing futurestaq.com, using any FuturestaQ service, or subscribing to any FuturestaQ product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all FuturestaQ consulting services, software products, and digital platforms listed in Section 2.
FuturestaQ is a DPIIT Recognised Startup operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide revenue reliability consulting, quality assurance services, AI-powered software development, payment integration consulting, staff augmentation, and growth advisory services. Our registered contact is team@futurestaq.com.
These Terms apply to all FuturestaQ services and the following products and platforms:
You may use our services for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials for any FuturestaQ platform. You must notify us immediately at team@futurestaq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All consulting engagements are governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) or the Master Services Agreement (MSA) separately agreed with each client. These Terms form the baseline; the SOW governs specific deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Consulting work begins upon receipt of full payment or the first instalment as specified in the SOW. Timelines quoted (e.g., "48-hour audit delivery") are conditional on the client providing required access, documentation, and responses within 24 hours of request.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, and feedback within agreed windows. Delays caused by the client's failure to respond may affect delivery timelines without affecting FuturestaQ's fee entitlement.
All content on futurestaq.com and across FuturestaQ products — including the R3 reliability framework, Vellix's test generation methodology, GuardProbe's testing approaches, and all source code, documentation, training materials, and brand assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of FuturestaQ. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of these without prior written consent.
For custom consulting deliverables (reports, test suites, code, documentation) created specifically for a client under a paid engagement, ownership transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. FuturestaQ retains the right to use anonymised learnings, methodologies, and aggregate insights for product improvement and content marketing.
Our products use AI models including Anthropic Claude. Content generated through our tools is provided to you under these Terms, but we do not guarantee that AI-generated output is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
FuturestaQ®, Vellix, GuardProbe, ImpersonIQ, ContentStaq, SalesStaq, LinkedInStaq, and YoutubeStaq are trademarks or trading names of FuturestaQ. You may not use these names in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
For our refund policy, please see the Refund Policy.
Both FuturestaQ and the client agree to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during an engagement. This includes business strategy, technical architecture, financial data, customer data, and investor information. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for three (3) years. FuturestaQ may reference the client by name as a client (not revealing confidential details) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
During any active engagement and for 12 months following termination, you agree not to directly solicit, recruit, or hire any FuturestaQ employee, contractor, or team member who worked on your engagement. This applies to all forms of employment, consulting, or advisory arrangements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) FuturestaQ's total liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at the fees paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim; (b) we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (c) we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (payment gateways, cloud providers, AI model providers) beyond our control.
FuturestaQ does not warrant specific business outcomes — revenue growth, activation rate improvement, or conversion uplift — as these depend on the client implementing our recommendations. We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with the agreed SOW.
Our products and services integrate third-party tools including Anthropic Claude, Supabase, MailerLite, Razorpay, Cashfree, and others. FuturestaQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of our products may be subject to the terms of these third-party providers.
FuturestaQ is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certified partner of Anthropic. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power certain features of our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation (30 days). If unresolved, they will proceed to binding arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. For international clients, Bengaluru courts serve as the primary forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
